Each package contains 2 lbs. of frozen bulk ground pork.
ISLAND BBQ PORK MEATBALLS
2 lb. pkg Woodruff’s Ground Pork
1/2 of a white onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon, minced garlic
2 Fat Hen Farm eggs, whisked (set aside)
1/2 c - 3/4 c seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 c Woodruff’s Whole Milk
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bottle DB Yummers Island BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet tray with aluminum foil. Add diced onion, and garlic to ground pork. Mix until combined. Add whisked eggs and milk. Mix until lightly combined. Add breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined and can easily form a ball. Shape meatballs into 1" meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet tray. Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes. Rotate the tray halfway through cooking for even browning. Remove meatballs from baking sheet and place into a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups DB Yummers Island BBQ Sauce to coat. Add more sauce if desired. Return to a clean baking sheet with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with pan spray. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. The meatballs can be shaped to your desired size. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time slightly to ensure the pork is cooked! Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
